- You must have current government issued identification (drivers license, passport, permanent resident card, provincial ID card, are examples).
Course Format
The course will be based on a PowerPoint based lecture covering the material in the relevant modules in the Course Manual. This will be followed by a demonstration of the required firearms handling procedures for the firearms. This will include how to PROVE the firearm is safe, as well as loading and unloading each firearm action. There will then be instructor supervised practice on mastering those procedures. Once everyone is comfortable handling the firearms there will be the required 50 question multiple choice exam for the theory phase. This will be followed up with an individual practical test and then the completion of the course report.
